Our client is seeking a Human Resource Manager/Associate Relations. The chosen candidate will be tasked to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, proper prioritizing of projects, improved work relationships, and provide day to day guidance to line and function management.
Some Responsibilities
o Create and Evaluate key HR metrics
o Provide face to face contact for all HR guidance
o Facilitate workers comp investigations to ensure proper procedures and policies
o Lead the hiring process
Some Requirements
o 7
years of experience in HR or Associate Relations role
o Recruiting Experience
o Manufacturing industry experience
Compensation
Direct hire, full time
